Recently I called to say that my back was really sore and had been all day. My first visit to Lily was part of my Mothers Day present from my husband and my daughters. The massage was so relaxing that afterwards when I went to my daughters gymnastic competition I found it extremely difficult to stay awake! After massaging my back I went home feeling a little bit better. The following morning the pain had gone! Thank you Lily. From then on I have been visiting Lily regularly.

I was experiencing some bad shoulder pains when I found Lily via the internet and decided to give her a try. I felt a difference even after the first session. Even got some ‘homework’ in the form of exercises to help things along 🙂 By the end of 3 sessions, I was well on my way to recovery and I have kept up therapeutic exercises to help my shoulders in the long run. I would recommend Lily anytime.

I have suffered from my upper back and neck pain for three months. The blood circle in that area was largely blocked because of my sitting at desk for hours a day with wrong posture. I went to Lily, a therapist that I can say she ‘reads’ her patients and knows what exactly they are suffering from. It lasted for three sessions and now I am very happy about the results. She really deserves a testimonial for her magic hands and her perfect knowledge about physical therapy!

After having a recurring problem with my shoulder I sought help from Lily. I can say that after my first session with her I felt pure bliss. The pain had dramatically diminished, I had increased movement in my shoulder and I felt energised, relaxed and calm.Lily’s hands truly work wonders!

Having suffered from an increasingly stiff and sore neck and shoulders I was losing sleep and finding myself unable to concentrate at work. I booked in to have a massage to sort this out. The first session was very relaxing and started to ease the problem. I booked a follow up session to target the worst areas. I asked Lily to ‘go for it – as deep and hard as needed’. This second session sorted me out, and by using the stretching methods I was shown I haven’t had a re-occurrence of the problem.
