  • Lily has made my experience very relaxing and very effective. As I was preparing to run the London Marathon 2012, she really prepared my body (especially the state of my calfs and ham-strings) for the gruelling 26.2 mile run. If it weren’t for Lily, I don’t think I would have completed the course as comfortably as I did without the attention made to my legs and back. She talks to you as though you have known each other for ages and I will definitely go back when I am preparing for another big race. Thank you Lily!! Keep up the good work.

    I think she’s the best I’ve come across for muscular injuries. As soon as she hit it, after one session, I knew I was getting better and, after three sessions, it was cured!
