I have found Lily’s sports massage invaluable whilst training for a marathon. It helped keep me injury-free and run a good race. I believe that my good performance on the day was a result of both the training and Lily! After the marathon, I was back out running within a couple of days and my legs felt great. Lily’s sports massage and her advice has definitely helped keep me injury free. I highly recommend her Direct D-Stress!

Lily has made my experience very relaxing and very effective. As I was preparing to run the London Marathon 2012, she really prepared my body (especially the state of my calfs and ham-strings) for the gruelling 26.2 mile run. If it weren’t for Lily, I don’t think I would have completed the course as comfortably as I did without the attention made to my legs and back. She talks to you as though you have known each other for ages and I will definitely go back when I am preparing for another big race. Thank you Lily!! Keep up the good work.
